Can Lyapko feel uncomfortable at first?

Yes. When you first use a Lyapko applicator, the sensation may feel strong, unusual, or slightly uncomfortable. This is normal as your body gets used to the contact with the needles.

Start with a shorter session and choose a comfortable position. With regular use, many people find that the initial sensation becomes easier to manage.
