Can I use Lyapko if I have never used an acupressure applicator before?

Absolutely. You don't need previous experience with acupressure or applicators to use Lyapko.

If this is your first time, it's best to start gradually and choose a position in which you can relax without putting too much pressure on the applicator. The first few minutes may feel intense or unusual as your body gets used to the contact with the needles. This sensation often changes as you continue to relax.

Your first experience is not necessarily an indication of how the applicator will feel after several uses. Give yourself time to become familiar with the sensation.
